Patricia Santor of Ilustre East Aquatics Club claimed two gold medals as she stood brightest among hundreds of young competitors at the start of ‘Go Full Speedo’ Swim Series Long Course Swimming Meet Leg 1 on Saturday at the Teofilo Yldefonso swimming pool inside the famed Rizal Memorial Sports Complex (RMSC) in Malate, Manila.
