Renewable energy leaders, technology innovators, and industry stakeholders gathered on Monday, May 18, at the luxurious Conrad Manila for Brand Day 2026, a landmark event highlighting the Philippines’ rapidly expanding transition toward sustainable and clean energy solutions.

Spearheaded by IAN Solar Energy Corp. in partnership with global renewable energy brands Solis, Dyness, and JA Solar, the gathering served as a dynamic platform for collaboration, innovation, and the introduction of next-generation solar and energy storage technologies designed to address the country’s evolving energy demands.

The event brought together solar industry leaders, renewable energy advocates, distributors, installers, engineers, and business partners who shared a common vision of accelerating the country’s shift toward cleaner and more reliable power sources. Participants were allowed to explore the latest advancements in solar panel systems, intelligent inverters, and battery storage technologies that are expected to play a major role in strengthening the nation’s energy security and sustainability goals.

Executives from the participating companies emphasized the importance of innovation and strong industry partnerships in helping the Philippines meet its renewable energy targets amid rising electricity demand and increasing environmental concerns.

“Brand Day 2026 is more than just a showcase of products and technology. It is a celebration of collaboration and a shared commitment to building a greener and more energy-secure Philippines,” Sam Daguro, Country Manager from IAN Solar Energy Corp. said during the event. “Through strong partnerships and continuous innovation, we aim to empower Filipino homes, businesses, and communities with accessible and sustainable energy solutions.”

Representatives from Solis highlighted the growing demand for efficient and intelligent solar systems in Southeast Asia, particularly in the Philippines, where renewable energy adoption continues to gain momentum.

“The Philippines is one of the most promising renewable energy markets in the region,” said Tim Xue, Sales Director of Asia (Solis). As the country accelerates its clean energy transition, we commit to delivering advanced technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term sustainability for consumers and businesses.

Meanwhile, officials from Dyness underscored the crucial role of energy storage systems in ensuring stable and uninterrupted power supply, especially in areas vulnerable to grid instability and power interruptions.

“Energy storage is becoming an essential component of the clean energy ecosystem,” Derek Jiang- KA Manager (Dyness) noted. “By integrating smarter battery solutions, we can maximize solar power utilization while helping improve energy resilience across communities.”

For its part, JA Solar reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s renewable energy ambitions through high-performance solar technologies tailored for tropical environments.

“The future of energy is renewable, and collaboration among industry leaders is vital in making that future possible,” said JA Solar Sales Manager Jason Amigo.
“We are proud to support the Philippines in its journey toward a cleaner, more sustainable future.”

Brand Day 2026 further underscored the growing importance of renewable energy in national development as the Philippines continues to pursue cleaner alternatives to conventional power sources. Industry leaders noted that investments in solar energy and energy storage are expected to contribute significantly to economic growth, environmental protection, and long-term energy independence.

With renewable energy taking center stage in the country’s development agenda, the event reinforced the collective commitment of both local and international players to help shape a more sustainable and resilient energy future for the Philippines.
